    East Boston Social Centers’ Annual $10,000 Fundraiser November 10th, 2009
On Tuesday November 10th, 2009 the East Boston Social Centers (EBSC) will hold its seventh annual $10,000 Raffle Dinner Fundraiser at Spinelli’s, Lynnfield. Only 200 tickets will be sold so your odds of winning are great. The evening includes Open Bar for the entire night, Hot Hors D’Oeuvres, and a five-course meal! Proceeds from this event will support the many programs and services that the Social Center provides to the community. Since 1918, EBSC has been a provider of licensed and accredited full-day childcare for children 3 months to 5 years; licensed and accredited after school (and full-day during school vacations) programs for children 5 to 14 years old; Summer Playschool during the summer months. In addition to the vast children’s programming, there are a prevention and academic enrichment program for at-risk adolescents; social, recreational and supportive services for the elderly; and supportive services for families.
